I've tried the Ouija board with little success. I just read Valentino Speaks, which is Rudolph Valentino's spirit channeled through a scribe, Wayne Hatford. Wayne said that he connects with Valentino through trance and meditation. It's a really good book, and made me want to connect with spirits. You mentioned "How to Hunt Ghosts: A Practical Guide" as a potential resource. Does it include information on how to channel spirits through trance? I'd like to try it.
