"Psychologists say it could be because when these people wear glasses to job interviews (even when they have perfect vision), they feel more confident, which could improve their chances at getting a job. "And even though the idea that intellectual people wear glasses is an old stereotype, the fact remains that companies still believe this to be true. "Job interviews aside, glasses have also been a popular fashion accessory because many believe that they look more attractive in glasses. "Perhaps, glasses make people look more studious or geeky, which makes them more approachable and less intimidating. "Whatever it is, glasses are definitely here to stay for a very long time.
